Board of Directors
Amanda Chaney
President
Amanda G Chaney has 17 years of banking experience with 9 of those years in a leadership role passionately working to build and develop employees to reach their career goals. As mother of two girls, it's import to Amanda to ensure all children have the support and resources available for a successful educational experience.
Tammy Lueck
Vice-President
Tammy is an award-winning retired educator and a mom to a child with a disability. She developed a passion for advocacy as she learned to navigate the complex process of getting her son the medical, emotional, social, and educational support he needs to live his best life. Tammy is excited to become more involved in MoDE Foundation to support other families in Missouri on their journey to advocate for the ones they love.
Adam Curtis
Treasurer
Adam Curtis is a passionate advocate for inclusivity, community empowerment, and homeowner rights across Missouri. Since 2022, he has proudly served on the Board of Directors for the Missouri Disability Empowerment Foundation (MoDE).
Adam is deeply involved in the real estate community, serving on the MLS Committee, Finance Committee, Local Board of Directors, and the Missouri State Board of Directors. As the broker-owner and licensed Realtor of North Star Real Estate, he leads with a vision rooted in fairness, inclusivity, and strong ethics, focusing on helping clients and communities thrive.
With extensive leadership training, Adam combines business expertise with a heart for service. He actively supports several organizations, including the Central Missouri Humane Society—where he fosters and volunteers—as well as the Trevor Project, CASA, Ronald McDonald House, The Center Project, Boys and Girls Club, and the Christian Fellowship School Scholarship Fund.
Driven by a belief that everyone deserves access to safe, inclusive housing and equal opportunities, Adam advocates for policies and programs that protect homeowner rights and foster stronger, more connected communities.
Molly Myers
Secretary
Molly Myers is another original MoDE mama. She regularly took her four children to Jefferson City to advocate for children with disabilities even before the formation of MoDE.
Julia Chaney-Faughn
Board Member
Julia has been practicing law in Missouri since 2008 and serves as a board member for multiple nonprofits, including MoDE Foundation. She is a COPAA member who was recognized as the 2023 Pro Bono Award Winner for the Common Good through Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. She has a supportive spouse and two children who benefit from special education services. Julia seeks to educate others to advocate for children with disabilities.
Lindsey Rendlen Latzke
Board Member
Lindsey Rendlen Latzke joined the MoDE foundation Board of Directors in 2022. Lindsey is currently
Assistant General Counsel for US Foods, Inc., one of the country’s largest foodservice distributors
employing approximately 29,000 individuals. In her role she advises on all aspects issues arising in the
labor and employment context, workplace health and safety, and enforcement and interpretation of
restrictive covenants. Prior to joining US Foods, Lindsey was in private practice with Littler Mendelson,
P.C., the largest international labor and employment firm where she advised on and litigated a broad
range of class action and individual employment-related disputes across a variety of industries. Upon
graduating from Saint Louis University School of Law, Lindsey dedicated nearly the entirety of her
practice to providing daily advice and counsel to employers with the aim of not only ensuring legal
compliance but also creating and fostering healthy work environments for employees. Prior to law
school, Lindsey spent several years as an award-winning investigative journalist and news anchor.
Lindsey’s passion for advocacy, seeking answers, and meaningful inclusion is not only professional, but it
is also personal. She and her Husband, Tom, reside in St. Louis County with the lights of their lives, their
daughters Vivienne and Elaina, and their rescue beagles Pearl and Sophie.
Candice Robb
Board Member
Candice Robb’s career in education has spanned twenty years across three states. She is a passionate advocate for students and teachers alike. She has been married for over 22 years to the love of her life, and they cherish the daily adventures of parenting their young son and daughter.

Tracey Bloch
Executive Director and Director of Legislative Advocacy
Tracey Bloch is the Executive Director of MoDE as well as the Director of Legislative Advocacy. In addition to administrative duties, she spends time in the State Capitol pushing for specific bills that focus on disability rights in educational settings and empowering Missouri families to do the same. She and her husband are raising three children in the public school system, all of whom benefit from special education services. Advocating for her children's needs has been a big part of her life and she is honored to assist families as they do the same for their children.
Favorite color? Depends on the day, but lots of color is always good
Sleep in or stay up? I need to be an early bird, but I’m a night owl by nature
Best way to spend recess as a kid? The Four Square court was where it was at
Desired superpower? The ability to absorb all the other super powers
Second favorite planet? Mars, because it’s where girls go to get more candy bars (or so I was told as a child). Earth obviously takes first place!
Jordan Carter
Director of Outreach and Operations
As a dedicated mother of three energetic boys and a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan, Jordan's passion for helping others is as vibrant as her favorite color, yellow. After witnessing a significant need for support in special education within her district, Jordan made the courageous decision to resign from her position and dedicate herself to empowering and educating families with students who have disabilities.
